Once I receive the quote am I obligated to proceed with recovery? No. Once you receive your quote it is up to you if you would like to proceed with recovery. Provided in the quote will be the cost of labor to get the data back and the cost of any donor parts if needed. If you decide not to proceed, the drive is returned to you, no questions asked, and there is no charge for our services up to that point.
What if I approve recovery but it is unsuccessful? We have the guarantee if we cannot get your data back there is no charge at all for our labor. We are very confident that we can get your data back that we take that risk.
