One option is to submit the case online and then simply mail the media to us using your preferred parcel service such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

If that doesn’t work for you, please contact us at [email protected] and we can try to arrange something.

If you are looking to have media evaluated, there’s no need to bring any payment method with you.  All evaluations are 100% free of charge, no deposit, and without obligation.  Even after you authorize recovery at the quoted price, there is no need to pay until your data has been successfully recovered.

The cost of data recovery varies as each case is different.  For this reason we offer free evaluation of any media to determine it’s condition and the difficulty of the recovery project.  After this evaluation you will be given a quote that will not change.  You can see the basic tier system that we use for pricing by visiting our prices page.
