If you did a full reformat, there is nothing that can recover the data.

You should be able to take the connector off a discarded 3.5" drive and transplant it to yours, assuming you have the requisite equipment and skills. Check with local PC repair shops for used or Digi-Key if you need new.

If the other recovery programs don't work any better, you could try Amok Exif Sorter to rename the files based on their EXIF data, i.e., Date taken, etc.

I would definitely add UFS Explorer Pro and ReclaiMe File Recovery to the list. ReclaiMe File Recovery does an excellent job of reassembling FS fragments into an NTFS directory and putting the rest into RAW recovery results. If UFS Explorer Pro is too expensive, you can go with just the...
