Returning items is a breeze with Temu. Simply follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Temu account and go to "My Orders."
2. Select the order you want to return and click on "Return Item."
3. Choose a return reason and print the prepaid shipping label.
4. Pack the item securely and attach the label.
5. Drop off the package at any UPS Access Point or USPS location.

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:

* Perishable items

Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, Temu will process your refund within 7-14 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
