The following items are not eligible for return:

- Underwear and swimwear.
- Custom or personalized items.
- Gift cards.
- Items purchased during special sales or clearance events.
Return Timeline
After receiving the returned item, Temu will process the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
Additional Notes
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
- Temu does not offer exchanges for returned items.
- The 90-day return period does not apply to special sale items.
