It's unlikely you'll find any simple "reconstruction program" like you're thinking. The software to do this costs thousands and is always bundled with equipment for reading the NANDs. Systems to do this include PC-3000 for Flash, Visual NAND Reconstructor from RuSolut, SoftCenter's Flash Extractor. All will cost you over two thousand dollars, and will require an investment of several years to really learn.

If it's just for the one recovery, you're better off offering to pay someone to do the recovery for you. I'd recommend you contact this guy: http://www.odzyskiwanie-danych.com.pl/

Also, it's very unlikely that your NAND dumps are any use. NAND chips must be read using the correct mix of settings to even have a chance to figure out the XOR and wear leveling scrambling patterns.

I'm not exactly sure what you are asking here, but suffice to say you'll need someone with a lot more knowledge than you have to even take the proper dumps. It's almost a certainty that the dumps you're taking are using the wrong page size, block size, etc. and that all needs to be read correctly to even stand a chance to descramble. Plus, reads are never perfect and require ECC / re-reading etc. So whoever does this recovery will need the NANDs physically in their possession to do it. Contact Arvika, he's in Poland (I assume you are too from where you posted the bin files) and he's one of the best in the world at flash recovery.
