1) what situation HDD 2.5" enter em parked Heads?
2)When I pulled the USB cable from the PC to disconnect the USB3.0 + HDD2.5" case, my hand hit the case. Did this shock cause friction between the reading/writing heads and the magnetic disks, scratching them?
