- For returns within the US mainland, return shipping is free if the return is due to a mistake made by Temu (e.g., wrong item shipped).
- For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund:
Once the return is processed, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

- Returns must be in their original condition, with tags attached.
- Temu may inspect returned items before issuing a refund.
