I know this forum is mostly about data recovery and tech stuff, but I wanted to ask something a little different that still kinda ties in.
Lately I’ve been spending long hours working on file recovery jobs and it’s definitely been draining. I came across a video called Sugar Defender that talks about how blood sugar levels affect focus, energy, and even mental clarity during screen-heavy work. Has anyone here actually tried it or looked into it?
Not sure if it’s just another supplement trend or if there’s something real behind it. The video explains it in a decent way, not hypey. Just curious if it actually helps with long work sessions or late-night recovery jobs.
Would be cool to hear from someone who's used it consistently. Might help a few of us stay sharper when we’re neck deep in corrupted drives and hex editors.
