To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be in its original condition, with tags attached.
- Not have been worn, used, or altered.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Have all accessories and documentation included.
Exceptions
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Gift cards.
- Perishable goods.
- Items that are final sale.
Refund Process
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, Temu will process a refund within 7-14 business days.
The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
