dolphin has a video on platter balancing.
I have a 300gb sas drive from a raid. the bearing was worn out and wobbly.
we transferred the platters to a new body.
its spins pretty smooth but here is a little vibration.
its close to coming ready but not quite.
Not quite sure how to get the platters centered and balanced. other than trial and error.
It would be nice if there was a simple method that worked.
Anybody have any tips.
