Samsung not Initialized after head Swap

Hello Everyone,

I did head replacement on Samsung Laptop 1 TB HDD
Mdl: ST1000LM024, PN: HN-M101MBB/AV2, REV A, FirmWare: 2BA30001.

After the replacement from same model, the drive doesn't Spin at all,
and to be sure, I transferred the head back to the donor, and it works..

Has anyone ever experienced this ?

Here is it...

first they have different FW
second the DOM is almost 1.5 years differential
probably heads doesn't match

After the replacement from same model

same model is not gonna cut it

DR is also quite expensive... AFAIK every DR firm quote is not included parts
