I know it's not normally an SSHD issue, but have you tried editing ID to disable everything? Perhaps it's something simple like a messed up media cache??? I've been surprised lately at some of the drives where that was the solution, even some older drives that I never thought were prone to this problem.

EDIT: Probably should have asked first, what equipment do you have access to? PC-3000, MRT, or just a TTL adapter?

Dear friends do we hope for this with pc3k udma ?Same case i have drive detects after giving any command which respond to drive port lock message,and than go to the drive id it shows.but try to sa access or lba drive gona busy and must power of or kill the utility option.its like 0093 type problem.Even after waiting some time like 1/2 n hour its directly shows by computer even [device manager],terminal is same.
hoping get some reply from you people.

short read channels to allow T> at terminal, edit 0x93 to remove any pending, reallocation and media cache properties, repower hdd
