ST4000LM016 Terminal Unlock

Does anyone know if the latest version of PC-3000 software is able to unlock this model: ST4000LM016 from the "diagnostic port locked" terminal?

I'm running a bit outdated version, but I suspect this model might still not be supported even if I upgrade.

Doesn't seem that it is one that can be unlocked yet. Fortunately I pulled an ace out of my sleeve and now have it imaging at 114Mb/s with over 30% completed. :D

I'm not sure it would work in every case, but it worked in this one. Not sure I'm ready to share this information yet...

Got 100% recovery with no bad sectors though. Now I'm just hoping that it gets approved... doh! Should have gotten that first, but I was afraid to stop it once I got it working.

Humm,
I and Pclab are going to beat the hell outta you if you do not let us know :mrgreen: .But well here in india man its 160gb,250gb,320gb,500gb,1tb and 2tb only most 99.9% of the time

I wish that were the case here. Recovering 4Tb to 8Tb drives takes forever to finish. I had to start charging extra for cases over 2Tb because they just tie up my system too long. Nothing worse than having to wait two days to do any work because all your channels are tied up with big drives.

Infact i Charge a Small Fee For Logical Cases Also [ Even If We Cannot Get Data Out ,This is Due To The Fact That We Spend Hours Trying To Get Data From Peoples Stuff ].3 And 4 TB Are a Pain In The ^%$%^$^ if you consider time
