To initiate a return, simply contact Temu's customer support team via live chat or email.
They will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the item free of charge. Once the item is received and inspected by Temu, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method. Exceptions
As mentioned earlier, some items are not eligible for return. These include:
- Perishable goods
- Customized items
- Items marked as final sale
Additional Information
- Returns are only accepted for items in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if the return is not due to an error on Temu's part.
- Refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
