Temu Return Policy

Regarding Temu's return policy:
- Return Window: You have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Eligible Items: Most items are eligible for return, except for certain items such as perishable goods, customized products, and items marked as non-refundable.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, go to your "My Orders" page and select the item you wish to return. Then, click on the "Return Item" button and follow the instructions provided.
- Return Shipping: Temu provides free return shipping labels for eligible returns. Simply print the label and attach it to the package containing the item(s) you wish to return.
Exceptions:
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact Temu within 7 days of delivery to report the issue. You may be eligible for a refund or replacement.
- Wrong Items: If you receive an incorrect item, you must contact Temu within 7 days of delivery to report the issue. You will be sent the correct item and a return label for the incorrect item.
Refund Processing:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
