3. Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging or a suitable substitute.
4. Attach the Label: Affix the return label to the outside of the package.
5. Drop Off the Package: Drop off the package at your nearest designated return location or contact Temu for pickup.
Refund Process:
- Once Temu receives and inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- The refund time frame may vary depending on your payment method.

- Shipping costs for returns are covered by Temu up to $15.
- For returns due to Temu's error, the company will cover the full cost of shipping.
- Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed.
