Temu Return Policy
Eligibility
Temu offers a 90-day return policy for most items, excluding the following:
- Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers)
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Items marked as "final sale"
- Gift cards

Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In their original condition, with tags and packaging intact
- Unworn, unused, and undamaged
- Returned within 90 days of purchase

Shipping Costs
Temu offers free return shipping for orders over $49. For orders under $49, a $7.99 return shipping fee applies.
