Here's a new tool I've created so you can find a drive family just by typing the model into a box. Enjoy!

That would be really handy, especially as supplementary output from a search.

Doesn't work with chrome browser here , worked with IE.

I'm using Chrome and it works just fine. I have noticed that the first time opening it on Chrome took a while to load, but then it was almost instant subsequent times. I'd guess Microsoft Office online has to install something into Chrome for it to open.

Try reloading the page a couple times and see what happens.
