try use usb sata adapter and use it on original pcb. may be it helps. on unlock pcb data will be encrypted.

if you had replaced the Head and still getting the same problem then try to read tracks and extract modules from the tracks and write key modules and check the status again.

Did you Replace the heads? i had the same problem with 4tb desktop drive with pcb number 800011. client did not pass the quotation for the head replacement and it was returned unrecovered.

big companies like google, microsoft, etc. are distributing money to hard drive manufacturer to be assured that the data should not be recovered from the Hard drives or if it is recoverable then the cost of recovery should be so high. then the client will bound to switch to save their data on...

sometime its vary difficult repair smart intl fail error in seagate drives. but you can recover data from the drive. its depends on which tool you are using now. you need LOD File and ROM to drive get ready in DFL-SRP.
