Hi
I must tell how this ended.... After almost 1 week, I got it solved. Remember that the client wanted windows to boot and work on the 4TB drive and theres no other HDD.
For start, you know MBR just accept 2TB, and to format on GPT you need a UEFI bios. After a new board, CPU and RAM (the client made an upgrade), there were still no way to install Windows 7 on it and to get the 4TB of space. I also couldn't made 2x2TB partition....
Installation DVD of windows must be in UEFI mode too and by default it isn't.
So the solution was to create a USB flash drive with BootIce, create a UEFI boot system, copy Windows dvd files into it, change some files name and create folders, and after that finally UEFI could boot windows system, format into GPT and get the full 4TB space.
It was hard, but great to solve ehehehehe
Have you had such a pain???
