Here you go, I put a PCR file in the folder with the modules and threw it all into a zip file:

Obviously they use some sort of compression to keep the files way smaller (makes sense as the SA is full of empty space). Also keep in mind that the PCR database files from DD is entire hdd brands all grouped together, so will need to be able to decipher that and break them out into different folders by family, model, drive, etc. So will be a bit more complex for sure. Though if you can figure out the database type and compression used, will probably be simple enough.
If you do make a tool to extract the modules from them please do make it capable of batch extraction. And please post it here.
