Baffled by Toshiba Mk5065GSXF readability issues

Thanks, Nuno. That was a really weird case (and solution) and I might try it, once I install new heads. After swapping heads so many times, the patient and donor now click. <sigh> I don't know if I have the will to swap them one more time and have pretty much given up hope of recovering more data than I already have.
