Front Desk Application

Hello,
Am looking for an application, specifically designed for Data Recovery daily activities, to help my front desk assistant, with her day to day recording of Client's details, Project Progress, Invoicing, generate Tags, etc. Is there any in the Market ?

I think its better to develop one from scratch.

It is free and not bad.

I can vouch for HESK. I use it at one of my Edu sites as a help desk ticket system. I don't need or use many features though, but I bet it has a lot more to offer than what I use. I downloaded a VM of it ready to go, setup was a piece of cake.
