Head swap compatibility

Was wondering if can advise if any of these 2 drives are compatible with this client drive for a head swap? See 3 pics

I'm not sure as the P/N and MLC numbers are different. See numbers in pic towards left middle of HD label. Do you know if need to be identical? I dont have them, I would need to purchase.
