Hello, pls what which a head replacement tool do you use for Fujitsu MHW2120BH?

I can't remember, but I believe they are parked in ramp.
If so, you can easily use some heat shrink tube to use as spacer.

Yes the drive parks heads in ramp. I thought about heat shrinks too, but the head comb could be better.

Not all models are supported by head comb.
But if you have them, you can try. I have used many times head combs designed for other brands that work on others.
