Recover data from factory rest Blackberry

Hi all.
I have a Blackberry which was restored to factory setting.
If this is possible to do please text or call me, phone can found in my signature
Preferred Canadian based company.

The files are important for the customer, I don't have tools and asked local DR company that I work with and they told me it's not possible.

Without even knowing what variant of BlackBerry you are referring to (BBOS, BB10, Android), I believe that a factory reset securely erases the device. I haven't confirmed this, but haven't yet seen anyone who has been able to prove otherwise.

If you don't have a backup, you can try the third-party tool, maybe you can get some data back.
