1ºst: usually CCTV drives have specific partition format, so you cannot "see" it on windows.
2º You need proper software to deal with CCTV cases (if I'm not mistaken).

3: if you can, you should image the drive (if you can) and put it back on the CCTV system, to see if it gets detected and working.

It is not uncommon for these drives to have head and firmware issues. So, if the video is of significant value, you might be wise to just take it directly to a data recovery professional right away.

hi gentelmen, thanks for your responce.
It is CRC error confirmed.
when HDD tries to read it comes up with checksum error.

Any suggestion to solve this CRC error problem.

I my experience CRC errors usually relate to bad sectors, but can also indicate more severe issues. If the data is important, I'd agree with Luke that you should just go to a professional data recovery shop. If it's worth risking to save a few bucks, then you might try using ddrescue to image the drive onto another hard drive. Here's a tutorial for that: how-to-clone-a-hard-drive-with-bad-sectors-using-ddrescue-t133.html
