ST3250310AS problem after head swap

Hi

I get this disk with head issue. Found donor drive:
Patient: ST3250310AS pn: 9eu132-037 fw: 4.ada su 09255
Donor: ST3250310AS pn: 9eu132-037 fw: 4.ada su 09257

After head swap disk flag DRD DSC shows green but after few second one repeating click starting with terminal msg:

After minute or two i get terminal but no commands allowed. Please is there any chanse to initialize this disk properly and get data?
