To extract the XOR you have to put a pattern file while the flash drive is still working

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. And I'm doubting I'll be able to track down a working exact model of this.

That's the easiest way, but you can extract the XOR from a drive as well that isn't prepared. It is described on the Rusolut site, but less experience in Flash means it will be a bit challenging to follow. Plus there are many different types, and some controllers don't XOR blank space etc.
