USB Flash Drive Stopped Showing Up

I'm having an issue with a 64GB USB Flash Drive that stopped showing up in my Windows 10 File Explorer, I was eventually able to get it to appear in the File Explorer again, but it now comes up with a generic volume name and 0 data (there should be 13GB worth of files that I cannot access.)

Does anybody have any ideas?

The hardware of the device has failed. Probably will require a chip-off recovery solution. Nothing that you can do in software my friend.
