What's new in version 7.8:

* Added virtual sector size transform function (for SATA drives and disk image files);
* Added LVM logical volume recovery manager UI:
- Search for older versions of LVM configurations;
- Open logical volume from found configurations;
- Search for missing physical volumes;
- Manual definition and assignment of missing physical volumes;
* Extended context menu functions in partition manager;
* Drobo support: using of alternative drive IDs, big volume sizes;
* Fixed bug with scanned Btrfs file system filtering.

Any chance of coding approximately how long it will take to extract into the program ?

I think the biggest issue here is that UFS doesn't load the file tree into RAM like R-Studio (thus why it loads so much faster), so it has no idea of how much data there is selected to be saved, subsequently, it is unable to calculate how long it will take to save out. Perhaps, a middle ground would be to show the current and average data transfer speed, along with a calculator showing how much has been transferred thus far. A lot of the time, most of us already have a good idea of how much data is being saved out and we can do the math, if need be.

Any metrics that allow the calculation are good with me, I love UFS and the ability to either self calculate or see real-time extraction times would be greatly received
