Done all the soldering (everything seems fine..) but the HDD is always BSY. Even with PCB detached from heads it can't reach RDY.
Terminal can't also do nothing (it tells me that COM cable is not connected....)
Enough for today....

Maybe wires are too long?
Once time i tried to convert usb pcb to sata by soldering wires but it was very unstable.
I solved that case by changing pcb with equivalent sata.
